Delphi Analysis on the Operation for a Career Education Intensive Semester & Grade System

The career education law states that a career education intensive semester & grade system is a particular semester or grade in elementary, middle and high school to operate career education course intensively. However, there is no specific operating strategy about a career education intensive semester & grade system. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze contents of career education policy and to present proposals for operating a career education intensive semester & grade system. Methodologies of this study analyzed several aspects of effective operating a career education intensive semester & grade system through the delphi analysis with 18 career education professionals and teachers. As a result of this study, vision, goal, direction, and strategy of a career education intensive semester & grade system is presented. Also participants, tasks, and procedures of a career education intensive semester & grade system are developed. Based on the results, several recommendations were made for the better research on a career education intensive semester & grade system.
