Teaching Reform of Plant Tissue Culture Course in Higher Vocational College with Occupation Ability Cultivation as the Core

Aiming at the status of traditional teaching model of the plant tissue culture course has not adapted to the tissue culture organization's requirements,by using project teaching model,with improving students' occupation ability as the core,teaching reform was conducted,and the good teaching effects were obtained.
