The Information and Educational Environment in the Context of Digital Transformation

This article presents the analysis of digitalization and informatization of education in the Russian Federation in modern conditions. The study of digitalization of education is crucial for characterizing the vector of development of the Russian Federation, as it reflects the current situation and dynamics. In the modern world, digital technologies penetrate every aspect of social life, economy, culture and other spheres. The problems of digitalization of education are always accompanied by the need for legal regulation and administration. In the context of the ongoing education reform in Russia, scientists and practitioners pay special attention to the development of the state policy of the state in the field of science, education and enlightenment. In this case, among the main directions of its development is necessarily the quality organization of the educational process as a whole, as well as some necessary aspects accompanying it. The relevance of this study is due to the common problem for a huge number of educational institutions - to maximize the opportunities of digital technologies for the Russian education system, to show the diversity and ensure the availability of quality educational content. The possibilities of creating and implementing LMS - Learning Management System on the basis of cloud services for organizing and improving the efficiency of the educational process, creating author's educational content, conducting optional classes are shown.
