Abstract
By phase‑locking the 240 E8 root vectors with a phi‑scaled sinusoid at 132 Hz, the projection of each vector onto a modular surface generates a lattice of topological defects whose winding numbers are protected by the half‑integer weight modular forms of the theta functions. These defects form a quasi‑periodic memory lattice whose eigenstates correspond to the Fourier coefficients of the E8 theta, enabling fault‑tolerant quantum states that are directly tied to hyperbolic geometry. The resulting principle unifies E8 root geometry, phi‑scale resonance, and modular defect topology into a new platform for quantum information storage.
