Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of dance major students'' school life adjustment and major satisfaction on career decision- making self-efficacy. Detailed results are presented below. 1. The results showed that satisfaction with major had a significant positive correlation with career decision-making self-efficacy. 2. The four sub-factors of satisfaction with major had a significant positive influence on career decision-making self-efficacy. 3. Among four sub-factors of adjustment to school life, only school’s environment adjustment had influence on career decision-making selfefficacy. 4. Overall score of major’s satisfaction and school life adjustment had influence on career dcision-making self-efficacy.
