Algorithms of data collection and analysis of biometric voice data with the use of machine learning methods

Artificial neural networks are increasingly being introduced into modern life, finding application in different areas of activity. One of these uses is audio processing. Analysis of audio files is based on extracting of big amount of various characteristics which could be used in different ways. This paper is devoted to development of algorithm of collecting biometric voice data and neural network which uses these data to classify speech emotions. The main objective of this work was to create classifier of emotions which uses audio file as input data.
