COMPARATIVE STUDY OF RESOURCE REQUIREMENT DETERMINATION MODELS FOR CLOUD JOB SUBMISSION

For maintaining the QoS requirements of executing jobs in cloud environment, requirements of resources for tasks should be expected before their execution. After the execution of each job, the resource configuration that is used will be stored in active database called as History Database. Also, the usage of resources are predicted by the run time of jobs based on these historical information. By considering CPU time, execution time of tasks, physical and virtual memory, resource usage or consumption is evaluated. By using all these parameters, resources which are required for executing the jobs are predicted.
