Innovative services and processes in university environment, processes of education supported by SMART technologies

Many science and education organizations are undergoing a digital transformation. They focus on the implementation of products and services that are commonly available in a commercial environment. The aim of these changes is external pressures from companies - customers of products as well as the requirements of clients. These are organizations that are interested in the services of such institutions. There are naturally scientific and educational organizations that are not making progress in the process of digital transformation. They have not solved this task for a long time and thus they get into a complicated situation. Although germs of shift arise in these institutes, they encounter resistance from their employees. The digitization process is slowing down or not happening at all. Such an approach blocks the development of institutions and puts them in a complicated situation in the supply chain. Science education organizations form an ecosystem in which, in addition to key, core business processes, there are other, supportive processes. Without these processes, it is not possible to ensure the proper functioning of the institution. From the level and quality of their settings, ie the focus on the client - student or. employee can be observed readiness to deal with critical situations. In our paper, we looked at the processes and portfolio of services, both critical and supportive, that could be effectively electricized. By this term we mean a state where it is possible to monitor increased productivity as well as the quality of work. The deployment of appropriate electronic components makes it possible to increase the “will” of decision-making, which brings another dimension of the provided services.
