Research and Application Exploration of Disaster Situation Collaborative Sensing Technology for the Scene of Major Disasters

In the rescue scene of major disasters and major accidents, the use of a single disaster perception technology will easily lead to the rescuers' incomplete grasp of the disaster situation on the scene and their inability to accurately assist in making scientific, reasonable and effective command and rescue decisions. This paper proposes a disaster collaborative perception method that meets the actual needs of on-site rescue of major disasters and major accidents. The effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified through actual emergency drills, which can improve the global situational awareness ability of on-site rescue of major disasters and assist on-site command and rescue decision-making deployment.
