Moodle as technological tool for training in companies

The purpose of the case study is to validate the virtual classroom implementation project as a technological tool for training staff members of the Instituto Metropolitano de Planeación de Tijuana (IMPLAN), a government entity dependent on the City of Tijuana, in the use of computer-aided design software. Through the development of a microsite in which the learning content management application Moodle will be implemented. The intention is to promote the use of technologies for learning and communication, supported by information and communication technologies, through the distribution of educational content related to the use of specialized software in the planning of the road infrastructure of the City of Tijuana.
