Comparison and Consideration of Performance Incentive System for Teachers in Industry Characteristic Colleges and Universities:Taking America and Britain as Examples

There are two controversial views in the performance assessment of university teachers: the development of the incentive and rewards and punishments incentive. From the point of view of the country,Britain,as representative,pays attention to the development of incentive,and the United States pays attention to reward and punishment incentives. Through comparative analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of incentive mode,we should absorb the advantages of incentive model in Britain and the United States to develop the incentive mode of Chinese characteristics,and we must adhere to the hair exhibition of incentive and reward incentive combination.
