The Current Situation and Enhancement Strategies of Teachers’ Core Literacy in Township Secondary School under Smart Learning Environments

Smart Learning Environment, as the highest stage in the development of educational digital environment, puts forward new requirements for teachers' core literacy while promoting the development of education. This study applies the method of empirical research to carry out the research on the strategy of promoting the core literacy of teachers in township secondary schools under the smart learning environment, and finds that there are the following problems in these schools: the lack of completing hardware and software facilities in schools; there is insufficient practicality in teaching practice; and the insufficient innovative consciousness of teachers themselves. And then, based on the theoretical analysis and status quo investigation, this study puts forward three suggestions for promoting the core literacy of teachers in townships: enriching intelligent education resources, building intelligent learning teams, and revolutionizing teachers' teaching methods.
