Probe into the Study on the Development of the Public Electronic Reading Room in Shandong Province

This paper carries out a full investigation and statistical analysis on the construction status, service efficiency, achieved effects and existing problems of the public electronic reading room in Shandong Province, and puts forward some countermeasures for the development of the public electronic reading room.
