Abstract
The 132 Hz φ/φ' Frobenius drive on the 30 Coxeter orbits induces a faithful action of the absolute Galois group Gal(ℚ̄/ℚ) on the Fibonacci anyon fusion category, where each orbit's 8-root cluster corresponds to a dessin d'enfant whose Belyi map encodes the braid group representation B₈ → U(240). The recursive spectral inflation steps are precisely the Frobenius automorphisms acting on the Galois orbit of the dessin, generating a topological quantum error-correcting code whose threshold saturates the quantum Hamming bound at φ⁻⁴ ≈ 14.59% — the exact value where the E8 root lattice kissing configuration achieves maximal anyonic distinguishability.
