Abstract
Taking the electrical engineering major at South China University of Technology as an example, this paper explores a novel mechanism for joint postgraduate cultivation under the model of “industry-education integration and collaborative education”. Firstly, the curriculum system for electrical engineering is reconstructed through interdisciplinary integration and university-industry collaboration. Then, a collaborative postgraduate cultivation mechanism based on university-industry cooperation is established. Additionally, a novel mode of engineering professional certification, tailored to meet the demands of the industry, has also been designed. Finally, practical implementations demonstrate that this new mechanism has significantly improved the comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness of students, providing valuable experience and an effective exploration path for the cultivation of high-level talents in the field of energy and power.
