RNPLS&T’s ILL, IILL and EDD services providing Open access to information at current stage

The author examines the key principles of Interlibrary Loan (ILL), International Interlibrary Loan (IILL) and Electronic Document Delivery (EDD) to provide information accessibility at the current stage. The role of union catalogs in strengthening and deepening the interlibrary relations is also discussed, as well as the value of interlibrary cooperation. Increasing user-library communication channels meets user information needs more completely.
