Status, Contents and Strategies based on the Humane Quality Education of University of Science and Engineering

Humane quality education of university of science and engineering in China actually started with the arrival of the missionaries who set up a very quality education system whereby reading and arithmetic formed the basic curriculum. The goal of this paper was basically to have researches on the status, contents and strategies for humane quality education.
