Abstract

The article deals with the problem of managing the development of a teacher in modern education. In the context of standardization of professional activity, it implies the formation of a teacher’s ability to improve his own professional level, competence and self-education. The subject is the model of teacher development management in the context of standardization of professional activity. The purpose is to theoretically substantiate and develop a model for managing the development of a teacher. The hypothesis is the assumption that teacher development management will be successful if a model of teacher professional development management is developed and recommendations for teacher development management are defined. The research methods include theoretical analysis, systematization, generalization, modeling. The paper presents a model for managing the professional development of teachers. The developed model can be used in order to improve the quality of teacher professional development management.
