Computational script for solving an Evolutionary Game Theory model v1

This protocol contains the instructions for running a script that computes and plots the numerical solutions of a dynamical system describing the dynamics of an Evolutionary Game Theory model. It contains all the code used to obtain the results of a scientific paper, which will be linked to in the GitHub repository at https://github.com/Lfppfs/analysing-dynamical-system.git when published. The system is solved using the Fortran ODEPACK library and plotted using Python's Matplotlib library. This software was developed and tested on Linux Ubuntu 18.04.05 LTS and Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS.
