Abstract
Aiming at the existing problems and insufficiencies in College Physics network learning resources,the author designed an autonomous learning platform of College Physics experiments.This platform consists of PHP,Mysql and Flash.The testing showed that the platform running is stable,meeting the needs of studentsautonomous learning in College Physics experiments.
