PENDEKATAN INOVATIF DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA DAN SASTRA DI ERA VUCA: MENGINTEGRASIKAN TEKNOLOGI DAN MEDIA SOSIAL

This study discusses innovative approaches to language and literature learning in the VUCA era, focusing on the integration of technology and social media. This innovative approach is considered a response to the challenge of learning complexity in a fast-changing and uncertain context. The research methods used included a systematic literature review to identify the latest trends in language and literature learning, as well as interviews with educational practitioners to gain in-depth insights into the application of technology and social media in learning. The research findings show that the integration of technology and social media in language and literature learning has a significant impact on students' learning experiences. The use of technology expands the learning space by providing access to various resources and relevant content. This allows students to learn independently and explore a wider range of topics, thus enriching their understanding of language and literature. Additionally, the integration of social media strengthens student engagement by creating a dynamic and collaborative learning environment. Online discussions, project collaboration, and feedback allow students to be actively involved in the learning process, thereby increasing their motivation and interest in the subject. The implication of this finding is the importance of developing responsive and adaptive learning approaches to deal with the complexity of learning in the VUCA era. Teachers and educational institutions need to carefully consider how they can integrate technology and social media into their curricula and teaching strategies with an eye to the challenges and implications involved.
