Analysis on the Quality Evaluation Index System of Vocational Teachers' Professional Abilities Training

There hasn't been researches on the quality evaluation index system for the vocational teachers in our country. Lack of the quality evaluation system causes that the vocational teachers' professional knowledge is relatively weak,so as the understanding of the job requirements in the enterprises. Through the literature research and interview method in the vocational schools and other related enterprises,combined with experiences that the author possesses in the research of computers and machinery,the professional capability that vocational teachers should have is analyzed,in order to offer some references for building a quality evaluation system of the vocational teachers professional abilities.
