Library and information professional training: Problems and prospects

The author discusses the library professional education at the institutes of culture. Based on the 2014-2024 publications, she selected 313 papers within the mentioned subject scope. The qualitative and quantitative characteristics are found for the document flow. Basic problems of library training in the recent decade are generalized. The most prospective themes and trends in the library information activities are identified on the basis of “Libcom-2024” Program.
