Abstract
The article examines the theoretical foundations of training future primary school teachers for innovative activities. The principles, approaches and methods of forming teachers’ readiness for the introduction of new educational technologies, adaptation to changes in the field of education and effective interaction in the modern educational environment are studied. Special attention is paid to competency-based and personality-oriented approaches, interactive learning technologies and the organization of pedagogical practice. The importance of innovative activity for the development of professional skills and improving the quality of primary education is outlined. The study reveals the theoretical foundations of training future primary school teachers for innovative activities, which corresponds to the dynamic changes in the modern educational environment. Attention is focused on the importance of a harmonious combination of theory and practice, which ensures the ability of teachers to adapt to the introduction of new technologies and form effective interaction with students. The main characteristics of professional competence, identified by researchers of professional primary education, as well as a competency-based approach to education are highlighted. The results of the analysis of pedagogical experience contributed to the creation of a model for the formation of readiness of future teachers for intercultural communication. A step-by-step approach to the formation of readiness of future primary school teachers for intercultural communication in the conditions of innovative activity is presented. Theoretical, practical training and integration of the acquired knowledge into pedagogical practice are considered. The importance of implementing modern educational technologies, interactive methods and technological maps is emphasized. The main features of innovative activity are characterized, such as the development of interest in learning, the formation of students’ personalities and improving the quality of education. The impact of technical, educational and extracurricular innovations on the learning process is highlighted.
