Through a systematic review of academic literature, this study aims to reveal the popularity of research related to knowledge hiding through descriptive analysis. This study also seeks to evaluate publication performance based on a series of indices such as h-index, number of publications, citations, to the year of publication. This study also aims to explore intellectual structure through content analysis to citation analysis to summarize the results of knowledge hiding research. This study used the Scopus database and obtained 210 research articles related to knowledge hiding from 66 different sources and the results of collaboration from 496 authors. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using bibliometric R packages and VOSviewer software which are presented in the form of descriptive analysis and content analysis. The use of bibliometrics provides a snapshot of the current knowledge hiding and provides direction on potential implications for management practices and organizational behavior.
