Abstract

The development of computer technology has greatly promoted the informatization process of enterprise human resource management. However, how to ensure the security of sensitive data stored and processed in enterprise human resource management systems has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, the study proposes an optimized design method for enterprise human resource management system based on SM2 elliptic curve public key cryptography algorithm and browser/server architecture. The results show that the system manages employee information most efficiently when the data volume is 200. At this time, the efficiency of the system to manage employee information before design is 87.2%, and the efficiency of the system to manage employee information after design is 98.1%, and the efficiency of the system to manage employee information is improved by 11.9%. When the data volume is 1200, the loading time of employee information is the longest. At this time, the loading time of employee information before design is 1.18s, and the loading time of employee information after design is 0.98s, and the loading time of employee information has been reduced by 0.2s. The suggested approach can significantly shorten the time it takes for employee information to load and increase the enterprise HRM system’s efficiency in managing employee data.
