CORRELATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION VALUES AND ITS APPROACHABILITY IN MODERN RUSSIA

The value of the higher education, its availability and prospects of development is one of serious problems of modern society. A number of research works show that education stops being the channel of social mobility. In particular, the higher education in modern society gradually becomes the instrument of reproduction of a social inequality. Besides, this process is followed by transformation of system of values of people deprived of access to a quality higher education. This results in the growth of ressentiment of moods and social tension.
