Design and Implementation of Mobile Geographic Information Service Dynamic Inspections System

By using GIS and mobile technology,creating the business model and the data model of land enforcement,we established the system for dynamic information collection,dynamic monitoring,information verification and comprehensive analysis. And we realized the supervision on land resource approval and after approval,so that all the management of land can be dynamic supervised,which can provide the research on scientific analysis on situation of land and resources.
