Effective Approach for Computer Programming Text-Book Content Translation to Hindi Language

The National Education Policy in India advocates the use of mother tongue or local languages for higher educational programs. In recent decades, the field of Machine Translation has witnessed remarkable and rapid growth. However, existing AI-based machine translation systems often lack robustness and struggle to maintain the tone and essence of context-sensitive translations. This paper introduces pre and post-text processing techniques designed for translating 'C' programming textbooks into Hindi. The resulting Hindi translations are more coherent and comprehensible within the context of 'C' programming. These methods can be readily adapted for computer programming textbooks in various languages and seamlessly integrated into any baseline machine translation system.
