Abstract
This study introduces a new solar sun simulator that tackles the uniformity and protection issues of older simulators. High levels of lighting homogeneity and excellent safety features were goals when designing the simulator. By monitoring the light intensity at various locations on the simulator, the uniformity of the simulator was assessed. The outcomes demonstrated that the simulator attained a high degree of homogeneity, with a variance in light intensity of less than 5%. To shield its parts and users from any dangers, the simulator also has circuit breakers and capacitor units. The study’s conclusions show how much better the new solar sun simulator is than the old ones were, and how it might completely change how solar testing is done.
