The importance of this study is to understand the way of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in Saudi Arabia adapt to telework at post Covid19 pandemics examining the challenges and opportunities of teleworking. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study adopts a quantitative approach using a survey web-administered to 109 participants who used telework from MSEs.
