Abstract
In this study, the relationship between physical self-efficacy and exercise continuity of middle-aged women’s sports participants was investigated through statistical analysis. To achieve the goal, middle aged sports for all participants in the Seoul metropolitan area were set as subjects for the study. Collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24.0. The conclusions based on the results and discussions derived through the analysis are presented as follows. First, an analysis of the effect of physical self-efficacy on pleasure among psychological well-being showed that all factors of physical self-efficacy were significantly related to pleasure. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of psychological well-being on competence, both perceived physical ability and physical self-expression confidence showed a significant relationship with confidence. Third, physical self-efficacy on immersion among psychological well-being, both perceived physical ability and physical self-expression confidence showed a statistically significant relationship with immersion. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the effect of physical self-efficacy on self-realization among psychological well-being, both perceived physical ability and physical self-expression confidence showed a statistically significant relationship with self-realization.
