Analysis on the Development of Smart Pipe for Domestic Operators

Based on the analysis on the developmental tendency of mobile Internet, both the necessity of traffic management and the cause of smart pipe were presented in this paper. Then, key techniques of smart pipe were analyzed in depth. Method and mechanism in pipe construction and service innovation for telecom operators according to capacity requirements were presented to provide a corresponding solution. Finally, problems and challenges in the development of smart pipe were summarized and corresponding countermeasure was put forward.
