Letter from IAES President\'s Desk

Dear Friends,We are almost in the 30 th year of our existence.Though we could not celebrate the silver Jubilee year of our inception, I would like to propose to observe this year in a wonderful way.Already there has been a lot of enthusiasm observed amongst the young endocrine surgeons to uplift the academic standards of IAES.I would like to appeal to our endocrine surgeon friends, if situation permits to observe a week long programme in their institute, hospital or clinic to conduct some kind of workshop, seminar, talks, group discussions, clinical and operative photography, paintings and rangoli or even social events to highlight the different aspects of management of endocrine surgical cases.Such activities will bring about a perspective change in the workplace and generate interest and awareness of our specialised work amongst other faculties and post graduates.The newer technologies and guidelines in the management of endocrine surgical cases need to be highlighted.Our journal IJESR has already become a scientific masterpiece and in the days to come will be adorned with many accolades and pinnacles of success.I wish the June issue and the subsequent issues of IJESR a grand success.At the end, I thank everyone for their full co-operation in IAES activities and taking up hard and challenging tasks in advancement of this section.
