Abstract

With increasingly fierce employment competition, the implementation of college student collaborative innovation program has brought about new opportunities for colleges in cultivating talents with innovation ability and better employability. The cultivation pattern integrates the advantages of governments, colleges and universities, research institutions, enterprises, and employers. Problems for traditional cultivation patterns include unsound cultivation system, less collaborative planning and layout, dispersed cultivation resources, single cultivation mode and narrow cultivation target. The colleges and universities should accelerate to break barriers for a collaborative innovation environment. In addition, they should build a platform and improve the cultivation system and safeguard system for promoting the employability and competitiveness of college graduates.
