Abstract
The article reveals the professional characteristics of a modern teacher-manager of students’ educational activities. A theoretical analysis and the results of an informational study of methods of organizing managerial training of managers for various management systems, a list of knowledge and skills, personal qualities and social roles, and qualification requirements for their training were carried out. Managerial training of specialists has been determined, which involves training a specialist to have a purposeful influence on the team in order to solve the tasks and bring the actual course of work into line with the planned one. A generalized model of managerial training of future teachers has been developed, which will allow them to occupy a managerial position in the future. It is substantiated that the model contains an invariant component of the content of management training in the form of a list of necessary knowledge and skills, creative abilities and leadership qualities. It has been proven that the model is general for the entire nomenclature of specialties, but it applies equally to future teachers. A study of the peculiarities of distribution in the management system of people with different psychosociotypes was conducted. It was noted that the predominance of the "Sensory-Thinking" combination in the personality structure is characterized by a higher success rate in the performance of management functions. It has been proven that students of all psychosociotypes undergo professional training in institutions of higher education - this fact must be taken into account when designing the pedagogical technology of managerial training of specialists; the general low value of the index of the dominant type of thinking of the teachers-managers indicates the need to develop the creative abilities of specialists in the process of managerial training; the index of the dominance of the achievers is within the average value, which indicates a weak confirmation of the ability to manage leadership qualities; the communicative skills of the applicants are within the average value, which requires directing their training to the formation of these skills. We see the prospects for further research in revealing the structure of the leadership qualities of future teachers-leaders in the educational activities of students.
