Abstract

This paper focuses on the phenomenon of "hallucination" of artificial intelligence (AI) in the context of media communication, pointing out that the current AI application is undergoing a transition process from technical functionality to emotional anthropomorphism. In this process, the user's perception of AI capabilities gradually deviates from the reality of the basis, showing the cognitive illusion of "anthropomorphisation".This paper starts from the perspective of media mechanism, analyses the generative logic of the illusion phenomenon and its path of emotional transformation, and further explores its potential risks and coping strategies, with a view to providing references for the rational construction of human-computer relationship.
