Paper overview
Abstract
Agile software development methods like Scrum remain widely used and now coexist with newer approaches such as BizDevOps and Continuous Engineering. At the same time, organizations face hybrid and remote work arrangements, increasing system complexity, and the rapid introduction of AI-enabled and low-code tools into their development processes. These trends create organizational and coordination challenges that are not fully addressed by existing practices. This minitrack aims to improve understanding of how structures, practices, and tools shape and support agile software development in these new contexts.
