Abstract
Communication is more important in this world to express words and thoughts. But this is not possible in all cases, especially for dumb and paralyzed people. In the proposed work the prospect of helping speech synthesis for paralyzed and dumb individuals who no longer possess their voice to express their words. To develop this model, we used a technology called Brain-computer interface (BCI), which can be considered an approach of transhumanism in which it brings a straight communication route way between the person’s brain cell and the computer. An Electroencephalography (EEG) which is a Non-invasive based BCI is an efficient modality that assists to acquire brain signals from the scalp area. The brain cells will be interacting with each via electrical impulses and they will remain always engaged, even in situations when a person is dozing. This activity shows as a graphical form on an EEG recording. The signals have acquiesced from the brain through electrodes and processed. And we can find out what words, thoughts, and emotions thus paralyzed and dumb people want to express. By using AI prediction methods such as logistic regression, SVM, random forests and decision trees. In this work SVM algorithm gives more accurate output to assist mute and paralyzed individuals to translating their thoughts to others in the form of display in monitor or speech signals.
