Paper overview
Abstract
This paper presents a new intelligent information technology that can build inductive models of complex processes from experimental data. The technology uses a novel concept of combining recurrent and parallel computations to achieve high productivity. By integrating this technology into modern intelligent information-and-analytical systems, the efficiency and validity of managerial decisions for complex process management can be significantly enhanced. The paper demonstrates an application of the technology for evaluating and forecasting the investment activity in Ukraine.
