Professional competency, professional identity, perceived organizational support of college teacher: Input to effective career management framework

With the increasing importance of technology, education and science, coupled with the competition for talents, human capital has becomes the most important capital for future social development. Vigorously improving the level of higher vocational education has become a major part of the test of comprehensive national power. And this requires that higher vocational education must have a high level of college teachers to provide a fundamental guarantee for the development of higher vocational education. This study aimed to assess professional competency, professional identity, perceived organizational support of college teachers and will be the basis in developing effective career management framework.
