Abstract
Aim at the general absence of experimental teaching in Reliability Engineering courses in universities, the function and classification of reliability test are analyzed. On this basis, the design and implementation of the teaching experiment for reliability growth testing are studied. Firstly, it is divided into three parts: defect excitation, defect cause analysis/improvement measures development and reliability growth verification. Secondly, a common digital clock circuit is selected as the experimental object, and some defects are deliberately set up. Thirdly, a complete teaching experimental scheme is designed. Finally, a reliability teaching experiment equipment is designed and developed, which is multi-functional and integrated, and the experimental operation process is given. After several rounds of teaching practice, it has been proved that it can provide good support for reliability engineering teaching, so that students can experience the whole process and all elements of reliability growth test, enhance the understanding of reliability theory and reliability test.
