A Study of E-commerce and Cybercrime-Chances, Challenges and Prevention

Due to rising of online transaction ,the cyber attack has gradually effect on e-business. So there is need to regulation .In this paper the author is not only discuss about ecommerce's concept but also shows how cyber crime has influenced on e-commercial sites and its preventive mechanism.
