IMPLEMENTATION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN MUSIC CLASSES IN PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The author deals with the new problem of the specifics of theimplementation of information and communication technologies in musiclessons in preschool education institutions. A detailed analysis oftheoretical, applied, practical, scientific research devoted to the questionof the expediency of using information and communication technologiesin the modern educational space has been carried out. An interpretationof the meaning of the terms «the age of digital technologies»,«information and communication technologies», «preschool child» isprovided, the main developments of foreign and domestic scientists onthe investigated problem are presented. The main legislative documentsof Ukraine, which focus on the implementation of information andcommunication technologies in the educational practice of preschooleducation institutions, were reviewed and analyzed. It is emphasized thatthe increasing pace of development and application of information andcommunication technologies in Ukraine and the world actualizes the needto improve the quality of knowledge of modern Ukrainian music directorsand teachers of preschool education institutions in matters of musicaleducation of preschool children. The main ways of introducing informationand communication technologies in music lessons in preschool educationinstitutions are characterized. The main goal of the article is totheoretically substantiate the importance of using ICT in music classes forpreschool children in preschool education institutions.
