These conditions cause document management in the clinic to tend to be unstructured. The difficulties in finding documents at the clinic, duplication of documents and loss of documents are the underlying problems for implementing community service at the Wieta Relasa Medika Primary Clinic. By taking the theme of implementing Software-as-a-Service for document management, the community service activities that have been carried out can solve existing problems in terms of document management.
