A Discussion of the Authenticity of Electronic Evidence in Civil Lawsuit

With the development of information technology,electronic evidence appears on stage of civil litigation more and more frequently.While the authenticity of electronic evidence is the biggest obstacles to the use of electronic evidence,common law system countries have set up unique rules of electronic evidence by establishing statute law and case.The development of law of electronic evidence in China is slow and there are many problems in judicial practice.China should learn from the experience of other countries legislation and practice so as to construct certification system of electronic evidence in civil procedure which is suited to Chinese conditions.
