The innovative quality education system for college students is an important tool to cultivate and improve students' innovative spirit, innovative personality, innovative thinking, innovative knowledge system and innovative ability. The result of this test has a great impact on the implementation of quality education in colleges and universities. For this reason, the reliability evaluation method of college students' quality education system based on factor analysis is carried out. The evaluation is divided into three parts. The modified coefficient of variation (ICVM) method and Delphi filtering method were used to scientifically weight each indicator. The reliability of the quality education system for college students was comprehensively evaluated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation results show that the reliability of the current quality education system for college students is low; In contrast, the reliability of the second quality education system for college students has reached an average level. The reliability of quality education system 3 for college students is low; The reliability of quality education system 4 for college students is high; The reliability of quality education system 5 for college students is very high.
