Speaker recognition from the mimicked speech: A review

Recognition of speaker is the task to identify person from the words they are spoken. The recognition is done by the voice characteristics. But speech can be copied and same voice can be produced by the mimicry artist. So the goal is to identify the mimicked voice and original voice. Now a day's security becomes one of the issue and many crimes are occurred. And if the mimicry is recognized then it can easily overcome the problem of security and forensic application. In this paper, techniques to recognize the mimicked speaker and original speaker are discussed.
