Paper overview
Öz
The article examines how teaching teachers coaching technologies affects changes in their coping strategies. The study was conducted using Richard Lazarus ' "Methods of Coping Behavior, WCQ" methodology, which was applied twice-before the start of the training program and after its completion. Comparison of the results showed a positive trend: the severity of destructive forms of stress response decreased, and more adaptive development strategies were strengthened. Based on these data, the authors conclude that coaching technology training can be a useful tool for supporting the emotional state of teachers and improving the effectiveness of their work in the educational environment.
