Purpose: This study analyzes how the impact of career maturity on students' college attendance varies depending on the school type, and identifies which school factors affect the career maturity of students in different school types. Method: The analysis used the KEEP II of the KRIVET, employing multilevel logistic regression and multilevel model analysis. Results: The results showed that career maturity did not have a significant effect on college attendance for general high school students, but it did have a significant impact on vocational high school students. Conclusion: This study, which shows that vocational high school students' college attendance can be indirectly influenced by school instructions, suggests that schools play a significant role in career education.
